Patrick Russell - CEO

 Military veteran with 14 plus years of service in Airborne Infantry and Special Forces as an Engineer, Intelligence, and Operations Sergeant within 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Patrick has served in various locations across the globe to include Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve. Patrick’s love for his country and fellow man are evident by his actions and passions. Patrick speaks French, has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and has been awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, Combat Infantryman’s Badge, and the coveted Green Beret.

Charles Cornelius - President

 Kentucky native who has worked within schools and churches throughout his community. Charles truly has a servant’s heart and a love for those who serve. He actively coaches, mentors, and inspires youth through archery programs and school charity events. A husband and father of four. Although he has not served his country in uniform, he serves his country by caring for those with PTSD and heroes in need. Charles does this in conjunction with his love of the outdoors including hunting, bow-fishing, camping and kayaking. Charles serves as a member in the Honor Bow Initiative to introduce heroes to bowfishing.

James McElresh - COO

Kentucky native who loves to introduce new people to the outdoors. James has a robust history of sponsoring wounded warriors and veterans on outdoor excursions. He is a father and grandfather with an Associate’s Degree in Law Enforcement. Our Operations Officer also manages multiple companies to include his own. James is a tested asset to any team who possesses great dedication and a positive mental attitude. James also serves as a member of the Honor Bow Initiative to introduce heroes to the sport of Bowfishing using donations from the national Bowfishing community.
